Hi Everyone,

I am new to Keto these past couple of weeks. I have had some up and down days but have managed to stay on track with my food, yet to start exercise.  The main reason I started this new lifestyle change was to overcome a rut I have fallen into of being unhappy with myself and the way I look. Having PCOS has not helped either. 

Love being a mum and wife but I feel like I  lost myself somewhere along the way.  Since having children I have managed to put on nearly 40kgs in the past 8 years, something that has smashed my confidence and I hate leaving my safe Haven - Home. But all this is about to change as I am dedicated to following this through and making it apart of the new me. I want to wear a swim suit and go swimming with the kids, I want to start Yoga and I want to get out the house more and interact with people with my Husband. 

So far I have lost 6.5kgs of that 40kgs so its a start in a long journey.

If anyone is starting now or has started and has some great advice please feel free to get in contact so we can hopefully help each other along the way.
