Losing fast

I’m losing a pound a day I’m not sure if that’s ok always heard it’s dangerous but, I’m actually here because I am getting 3 meals in a day odd but I could never tolerate food in the morning still hard for me yet I am and just wondering how long should this go on ketosis before I can start adding fruits and vegetables back in to my regular eating not completely at my weight goal yet thanks

  • Hope your adding veggies back and in already.  Remember veggie fiber negates carbs.  Most are free foods. I Look up fruit and eat the lowest carb count.  I eat very little fruit.  I need to do better.
