Accidental Ketosis?

I was eating low carbs for about 2 months and didn’t really get hungry throughout the day. This past month I began eating carbs again and lots of it without really watching my diet as my weight came to an end and I just wanted to maintain my current weight. What I notice now is I get hungry when I don’t eat a lot of carbs.

Could I have possibly been in ketosis previously?
