Back in the saddle!
Hey everyone! After taking 3 weeks off from Keto, yesterday I started again and I am so excited! I actually missed it! And very happy to report that as of today my weight is right where I left off! So 3 weeks not doing keto and I managed to maintain my weight! Very happy about that! 2 days ago I was up 5 lbs but I now know that was simply water retention from eating carbs, because after 2 days with no carbs that 5 lbs has already disappeared!
