Getting to Ketosis

Hello fellow Keto way of Life’ers 

I have been doing this for 2 weeks and a day. My first week I quickly lost 6 pounds and felt fabulous. The second week, I gained 2 pounds back at the beginning of the week, but by the end, had lost the 2 pounds I gained. So by Saturday, when I started 2 weeks prior, I was down 6 pounds, like I was the previous Saturday. I thought I should find an app to keep me on track as maybe I was over eating. So I purchased the carb manager. I started it on Saturday, today is Monday morning. I also bought keto sticks to test my urine. I started with that on Saturday as well. 
So after 2 weeks and 1 day, I am STILL NOT in Ketosis. 
my stick is slight Ketosis. I have logged my food intake for the past two days and I’m staying within 20 Net carbs.  Is this what you all are doing or are you monitoring Carbs?  My carbs are over 50, but net carbs are 20 on Sat and 24 yesterday. I will continue to log this week. But any suggestions would really be appreciated.
