Erythritol
Hi! I am on my 4th week of Keto and I bought erythritol to put in my coffee and to bake with. Holy cow, does this stuff mess with my stomach. Does anyone else experience stomach issues by using this product and if so, did you push it to the side and use something else? If so, what did you replace it with? to use in coffee and to cook with?

LaketimeGirl Thank you for the response. I am sorry that it bothered you too. I started with a teaspoon in my coffee and then I made fudge which called for a 1/3rd cup of Erythritol. I have to say that the recipe I found at heyketomama.com was actually really good, but the after effects weren't so good. I may try using Stevia and see what happens.
