Hello from Ohio
I am getting serious about getting rid of my pregnancy fat (now that my son is 25 I think I can do it LOL)
I have tried a number if diets before and had varying shades of success (it does help if you stick with them) I don't remember how I found out about keto but it sounded like a good fit for me. (I don't really care for bread - sweets are my downfall)
I have been following it since the beginning of the year and so far I am down almost 27 pounds. I however am new here. I was trying to track on MFP but didn't find it very keto friendly. I am so glad that I discovered this site.
As far as my family is concerned I am going it alone. They will have no part of my diet so I am still surrounded by all the carbs in my home: chips, potatoes, bread, pasta, wines, and sweets. I am hoping to fine some like minded people here who I can lean on for the support that I do not get at home,
