Exercising on keto

I'm in my 3rd week of keto and have been feeling great.  I've lost a little over 5 lbs so far.  I exercise at least 4 times a week doing HIIT.  Each time,  I burn between 600-700 calories.  My question is - should I increase the amount of protein and/or calories I eat on those days?  I ask because I notice that the night after I'm done exercising as well as the next morning until lunch I am STARVING.  Like, ravenous.  It has me wondering if I should adjust for workout days.

Right now my macros are - 1346 calories, 105 g fat, 81 g protein and 20 g net carbs.  I never hit close to my carbs but I'm usually neck and neck with protein and fat.

Any ideas?

Congratulations on your progress 馃巿. I think you should listen to your body and increase your calories on the days you exercise.  If I鈥檓 really hungry, I increase my calories.  My workouts are definitely not high intensity, so this is not usually the case for me.  I also decrease my calories on days I am not very  hungry.  I always focus on keeping my percentages of fat, protein and carbs at my goal.

That makes sense, thanks!  I did end up increasing my calories through protein yesterday and felt so much better last night.  I think it just boils down to listening to my body and giving it what it needs and not being so focused on the macro chart...which can be difficult!  :)
