Carbs in Red Wine?

Does anyone know about how many carbs are in a dry to semi-dry red wine? I know the sweeter dessert wines are more sugary, thus more carbs.

Malbec?

Cabernet Sauvignon?

Thanks!!

Have you tried adding them in your food diary, no need to save, but it will give you your carbs..... too much temptation for me I abstain 馃槱

I ageee with Joanna, for keto it鈥檚 pretty much a no no. Low carb if your good all day, why not have your wine if it makes you happy. I鈥檓 all for that.

My daily carbs average between 20-30.  Sometimes more, sometimes less but I鈥檓 never near 50. It鈥檚 rare that I go over in calories unless it鈥檚 a holiday. In my research I have found some super dry wine that ranges between 0-4 carbs per glass. AWESOME!!

Read several charts on red wine, how accurate, that鈥檚 another question.

    4oz red wine..=5 carbs

    didn鈥檛 say dry or sweet.

Bingbong,  I have checked it out it's 2 grams per glass for dark red wine,  Also Cognac, Brandy, vodka (no flavored ones) , Tequila, & Regular Run is All Zero Carbs... Just do not use any sugar mixes with it 馃槉馃槉馃槉
