A guy with a lot to loose.

Hello, I'm Everett. 27 years old and roughly 300lbs. Currently have almost 120-150lbs to loose. Going out to buy a scale tonight and get down to business. I've never been a normal size. Definitely a millennial raised by McDonald's and TV screens. Time to change that.

Spent the last couple weeks easing myself in as far as how eating keto is gonna go with my job. Currently working a graveyard security job. I have to travel all over my city to different sites and don't really have time to stop and eat.

During my work week I've been pretty much living on pepperoni packs and string cheese with lightly salted Lemon water for magnesium to avoid that Keto flu I keep seeing people talk about. On my days off I've been eating lettuce wrapped steak sandwiches and whole avacados as snacks.

I tried to make some of that grass fed butter coffee but I must have botched it up. The butter and MCT oil all just sat on top of the coffee and it was out right painful to drink. Sooooooo gross. Would love suggestions on quick easy snacks/meals on the go.

I was practically in the same boat. 32 years old and started at 327.2 lbs with a desire to shed off about 150 lbs total. To be honest, I didn't (and still haven't) included much exercise into my daily regimen. Most of my weight loss has been change of diet, removing carbs and upping fats.

I'm now around 4.5 months into this and am down 52.2 as of my last weigh in a week and a half ago. I hope you're seeing similar results!

A great snack for “on the go” is a pack of sunflower seeds.
