Confused Newbie
Hi all
I've been dabbling since July, and lost just over a stone, but - I am confused! (not difficult!)
Obviously I'm doing something right as I am losing, albeit slower than some - however, I need to lose another 21lbs. If I want to do this by Ketosis, should I be eating all that fat, or letting my body use what is already in there?
My macros (on CarbManager) are always pretty good, but I am losing (and gaining) the same 1lb over and over Should I cut down on the fat

Fat is your friend on a keto diet. DietDoctor.com has outstanding advice on low carb/keto/intermittent fasting. I would say go there and search on your concern.
