New today.
I just signed up this morning and though I’m sure I filled out the forms correctly, it says I’ve already lost 7 lbs. That’s some diet. Can someone guide me to instructions for navigating the app? It might be the hardest part of the diet for me.
I’m 63. I started keto More than a year ago, and love it, but I fell off and gained back 7 pounds. I’m excited to have this app to guide me.
