Macros & portion size help needed
Hello, I’m in desperate need of advice for macros & portion size.
I reach my carb goals, am under my Kcal, overshoot my proteins & miss my fat 🤦🏼♀️
I’m trying to free myself from the restrictions of the FODMAP diet & I now have more energy & minimal bloating 🥳 however, I’m 2 weeks in and haven’t lost ANY weight.
I just can’t seem to get my head around how to Keto like a pro 🤯
Any advice or visual references would be greatly appreciated 🤗
