Keto since Oct 2018 still Keto breath?

I’ve gone Keto since October 2018. Sometimes, my ketones are below 1.5 in the first part of the day even if I don’t change my diet. During the holidays i was probably out of Ketoses but got back on track in January.

I struggle with bad breath. I had all the check ups at the dentist and the dentist says there is nothing wrong with my teeth. Is it possible that my bad breath comes from ketoses? Wasn’t supposed to disappear after a few weeks? Or maybe because my ketone levels are not consistently over 1.5 it is like I experience the going into ketoses symptoms frequently?

Im seriously contemplating to give up Keto for a while just to see.

Up your sodium. Dry mouth, headache, feeling tired means I need more sodium. Leg cramps, feeling my heartbeat means up my potassium. Sodium, potassium and magnesium are required on keto. I take 2 tsp sodium, 1/2 tsp No Salt which is potassium, 800 my magnesium Glycinate at night as it makes me tired. Do not fear the salt or potassium. It will make a huge difference.
