Need Some advice

I have been on the Keto plan for a little over five weeks with not much progress. I know its been because my carbs were still to high, so I adjusted that,  but still no ketosis. So I figured my protein is to high, so I am trying to adjust that, still no ketosis,  Than I  figured my calories are to high.  Than trying to find healthy foods that are high in good fats but not to much protein seems impossible.  reading books,, blogs, websites. Tracking all these micros and finding the balance seems like a huge battle and I am already wore out trying o figure all this out.  I feel i am over thinking it but why no results?

  • If you have a day that is near perfect, copy it to the next day. Then work off uf that day or eat the same thing for a couple of days. This will let you know how you feel and if you lose weight. Good luck
