Clearing my house of all non keto foods. I'm very thrifty. Giving away bags and boxes of good food I paid hard earned money for was HARD. Fortunately I was able to give it to friends who are having a hard time so it was well used. But that still hurt, losing months worth of groceries and having to replace them with generally more expensive items. Really pinched my budget for a month.

Tallynoles98 This is part of releasing the sugar from your body. I call it my Oscar the Grouch days. Is there anyway to make something for the family that you can eat like chicken , pork chops or steak? I kept the FF and the peaches in a jar that I look at everyday it is to let me know that anytime I can eat anything I want. :(.

The family primarily eat vegetables and get the meat source from the meat put in the vegetables. I have had to go with the motto "this is what I am cooking if you don't want it. There is peanut butter sandwiches or cereal." The kids and husband are very picky eaters. Some days are harder than others with the cravings mostly psychological. They eat chips so I want chips. I tried the pork skins as a replacement for chips but I can't seem to stop at 1 servings. So, I don't buy them any more. lol
