Over everything BUT carbs

So I went a little crazy today and ate double the protein and fat allotted to me but am still in carb range...how will this affect my progress? Sunflower seeds!! So annoying!!

  • The MAIN thing is that your carbs are low, that keeps you in ketosis.  The only other issue is the calories. It’s not something you want to do every day but once doesn’t really matter.   So you might or might not see a fluctuation on the scale.  You can always get some exercise and help burn the extra calories.

    Eating more calories will slow you down. It’s good to stay under carbs, congratulations. If you were really hungry take a close look at what you’re eating. If it’s processed and has lots of artificial sweeteners then that may be the reason. Eat real food.
