Anyone experience kidney pain?

Last five-six days have been pretty awful pain in my lower back/hips which I’ve never felt before. Almost like a labor back contraction. 

 

Anyone else experience this, tips ?

    I have the same problem.  Don't really know what to do.  I'm thinking it may have to do with bowl movements.

    Don't ignore that sort of pain, go see a Dr. and are you recording all the food you've been eating? And drinking lots of water?
