Stuck after 2 weeks, and strict following!

I have been on keto now for well over 90 days. I have no issues following my daily needs and only missed one day entering foods. I meet all my goals, within a gram or two. What is discouraging now is I am stuck like a bug in tar. I am so proud of losing 40 pounds, yet I can not seem to go forward. I am still unable to attend my gym due to knee disabilities but I do what I can to move as much as I can in other ways. Ugh! Anyone else facing this? I still have another 140 pounds to go. Seems like a ton!

    Have you tried intermittent fasting?  I know that is sounds difficult, but even if you fast for 10-14 hours a days for just a couple of days, it might help push your body over that plateau.    We can do it together if you'd like.  I was doing it for about two weeks and then Thanksgiving came around, and since then I've been munching on no-carb, low-carb foods.  Would like to get back to it.  Let me know!

    I have to agree with Jaqi - try waiting till 11 am or so to have breakfast, and eating last meal earlier.  Drop your calories another 100 or 200 per day.  Add tbs or 2 of  Apple Cider Vinegar to water with Potassium Citrate in it.
