Macros change throughout the day?

I plan my meals perfectly the night before and follow it to a T: making sure I am under on calories and carbs, but within range of protein and fats. Then throughout the day my numbers start moving around. Now I am way below my fat and protein. Does your exercise also impact those macros? I know net calories and carbs will change.
