Printable menu for a two week period

It would be awesome to be able to print out two weeks of meal plans WITH shopping list.

going thru each and every single recipe is hard to make a grocery list...

how do others do a bulk shopping session? I live over an hour away from a decent grocery store so I limit my trips for groceries..
