Fats vs protein ?

I am doing good with not consuming too many carbs, but I can't seem to get my Fats up higher than my proteins. Please any advice?

  • Bulletproof coffee, with mct and butter. Bacon grease on salad, bacon. When I haven't met mine I actually take Tbls of Avocado to get me over the hump. Start planning your meals around the fat and not the protein. Its a whole mind shift I know and it takes time to change a lifetime of habits but you'll get there.
