Hi there, have done a low carb diet in the past; however, the weight did not stay off because I wanted the carbs. Fast forward to today...there are so many low carb food items now than 20 years ago when I was trying to do the low carb craze back then. Much better tasting food/bars/etc. now...
I’ve been doing lazy/dirty Keto for the last couple of months and dropped 12 pounds; however, I’ve stopped losing any weight. I never counted and/or recorded my macros, so I decided to be more serious about it now. Any help would be more than welcomed and I am interested in hearing people’s journeys...your journey may help me in part of mine.
