Fasting??

Hi there, I’ve only been doing Keto for about 2 weeks. I am finding it VERY difficult to fast for the 18 hours! 12-16 hours, yes maybe but 18? How detrimental is this while I am trying to loose weight? I’m not exactly dropping a bunch of weight.

    Hi,  it’s not necessary to fast 18 hours.  Do what works for you. If you stop eating at 8 pm, whenever you are hungry the next day, eat. Even if it’s 8 am that’s 12 hours.  Fasting is easier as you go because keto is so satiating that you really don’t get super hungry.  Fasting is just a way to decrease calorie intact for the day.
