Veggie Keto diet meal plan

Hi what you eat to keep carbs below 20g and also feel satiated. Whatever I choose for meal (especially I eat vegetables and can not have eggs or seafood as I am pure vegetarian)  my carbs easily reach to 35g.. if possible pls post picture of your meals or suggestions for whole day?

  • Net carbs!!!  Fiber offsets carbs. You might want to check your settings in the app.

    Do you eat dairy? Fat is satifying, so try increasing your intake with cheese, double cream, butter, oils, avocado and nuts. 

    Fry in olive oil, or add it to salads.

    Have bullet proof coffee

    Add nuts to salads or in Greek yoghurt for breakfast

    Broccoli and/or cauliflour cheese made with a mix of double cream and cream cheese, then cheddar grated on top and baked

    I add butter to veg for taste and to increase the fat content

    Avocados can go in salsa, salads and even a tasty chocolate mousse

    I’ve just been saying somewhere else that I have just discovered how to make seitan. Lots of recipes on the internet, and it gives you lots of protein without too many carbs. Tastes much better than I thought it would. I used gluten powder  I ordered from. Amazon , 

    100 grams, soy sauce 1 tbsp, and about quarter pint water to make a rubbery dough. You knead it briefly, flatten it out and cut it into small pieces or “ steaks” . Then you boil it for 30 minutes in vegetable stock. After that you can freeze it, grill it fry it, whatever. And I am amazed at how good the taste and texture are.
