Too full too early?!

Hi all, first day on Keto, skipped breakfast had a Keto lunch and I still feel full! Can I skip dinner or eat less than I should?

    Of course.  Actually Fasting is a great way to get into ketosis.

    thanks, so not reaching the full macro amount of Fat and Protein is not an issue ?

    You should try and always get your protein, it’s essential to maintaining  and gaining muscle. Keep carbs low and  fat for the rest of your calories.  If you’re not hungry,  fast until you’re ready to eat.  Ketosis occurs because of lack of carbs, not hitting macros correctly.

    I had the same feeling when I started, and it took me 2-3 weeks to get into ketosis.  I still get out of ketosis if I don't eat the required fat. It works best for me if I stick to the suggested macros and drink lots of water.  I eat breakfast around 8:00 a.m. and lunch around 3:00 p.m., and that's it. I am retired, so that schedule is fine, and on Keto I am not hungry until the next morning. I have lost 13 lbs. in 8 weeks, now averaging 1 lb. a week and I have gone down 1 size.  Good luck!
