If you don’t need to why bother ? Lower the carbs the better.
My total carbs are at 16 and I have gone over to 16.5 and 17 so was worried about that.
And my net carbs. 7.9 so I was just wondering as I am a newbie.
Its net carbs but that's usually around 15g for day not 7.9g . Are you sure your settings are right
Hi just looked and 8 g of carbs that would mean you could only for example eat 80 g broccoli, a chicken thigh and some cheese sauce in a whole day which isnt enough so seems you need to go back to your settings

Once you are in ketosis for a while, you can experiment with higher carb intake. It will free you up for more veggies, fruit, and some bread.
