Starting 3rd week...

Hi all ..I am a newbie to keto, have already experienced keto "flu". My question is, my protein is often in the negative numbers at the end of the day....is this due to exercising or the amount of fats consumed?? I have been tracking under goal

    That must be the Smart Macros.  I don’t have that so when I set my macros and they never change unless I change them.  Less confusing and I know exactly how many grams per macro each day.  You cannot be in a negative for protein ever, it needs to be met every day. Keep carbs at your chosen number of grams,  meet your protein goal, and fat for the rest. Stay in a calorie deficit.  Exercise to burn calories.
