2.5 Months on Keto

Hi All, I'm Tamara 

Been on Keto about 2.5 months still getting adjusted.  I have eliminated 15lbs so far but initially I lose 8lbs stalled for 3 weeks then weight started moving again.  I have realize that with this lifestyle you are constantly reevaluating your eating.  I've had to all but lay off the dairy, except butter & ghee.  I was eating peanuts like crazy, they are higher in carbs than most nuts.  No go! I say all of this as I have stalled again for about 2 weeks.  Is anyone else experiencing these stalls?  Also are there any other women in this forum late 40's and postmenopausal? I think hormones may also play a great part.
