First month complete!
My husband and I committed to Keto for the month of August to see how we would do. I'm happy to report I am down exactly 15 pounds! I have a limit of 23 carbs, and only had two days where I was over (and by only 1 carb). What surprised me is how filling fat is; if I am hungry after dinner I will have a cup of decaf coffee with cream or coconut oil and I am good for the rest of the night.
