Happy New Year...back to Keto

Hi all! I’m a past 2018 Ketoer that unfortunately stopped mid year last year. It quickly became apparent that it was a bad idea to stop this WOE. I look forward to moving forward with Keto again and getting into a healthier lifestyle! Good wishes to all!
