New to keto and the app

Hi I'm Michelle and new to keto.  I have been doing a bit of research and cleaning up my kitchen.  I have over 100 lbs to get rid of.  I found this app and it seems a very informative and easy one to do.  So any information or suggestions are greatly appreciated.   I do have one question, well for now that is 🤗, I am a big water drinker, trying to cut out the diet pop as well now, but wonder about the flavors you can add to water, like Crystal light and MiO.  Does anyone use these as you go into your new eating form?   Thanks

  • I have used crystal light in the past.  Be careful with artificial sweeteners as some still cause an insulin spike and also they just aren't that good for you.  Try to stick with plain water is your best bet.  Best of luck with the weight loss.  100 lbs can be done but it takes time and focus.  You can do it!  If you have any other questions ask a way,  I'm sure someone has had the same experience and has some good advice.  Also devour as much info as you can from YouTube,  podcasts,  and books,  this way of life is easier with the more you know and understand.  :)

    I would suggest stevia, it has an amazing line of great flavors to add to coffee, water or tea.
