Peanut Patch boiled peanuts

I just wanted to ask about these canned boiled peanuts as a snack? Whatever amount of carbs is listed in the nutrition area, the fiber is the same amount. Which means ZERO CARBS, right?

Yes, that means zero net carbs.

I wouldn't actually think a boiled peanut has that much fiber with zero net carbs. Be cautious on this and use your best judgement. Regular peanuts have carbs so go by what a regular peanut has. Also, they actually may have less fiber content since boiled. You actually want to limit your nut intake as much as you can.  Try a higher fat content with more fiber like macadamia or pecan Brazil.
