My wife & I started adding fiber powder you can buy to our water. Tasteless and it works for us. Keri on.
Shirataki noodles. Looks and feels like rice noodles (think ramen). Great way to get up your soluable fiber and stay fulfilled at the same time!
I too have difficulty with fiber, but found a Metamucil fiber capsule that has no carbs, but seems to do the trick.
Same here. I take a psyllium husk supplement (Kirkland), flax meal, chia, & powder fiber. Helps get me close. Eat avocados, they help as well plus you’ll get magnesium & potassium.
Artichoke hearts. Chia seeds.
