Keto and scales that measure body composition

I started keto on Oct 5th.  In early Nov I got a Nokia scale (aka Withings hardware) that tracks Weight, Body Fat, Water, Muscle, Bone.  I know these things are not very accurate but I was wondering if anyone can say if they can at least tell you relative gains/losses from where you started somewhat accurately?   I always weigh in the morning before eating/drinking.

I thought I wanted to lose about 20 lbs when I started.  But when I got to around 20 lbs I decided I needed to go about 8 to 10 more.  I’ve stalled in Feb, gave back a lb or so.  I’m not too worried, but was trying to make sense of what is going on and seeing if I can read anything into the data that my scale is giving me.

According to my scale, my water weight pct has been steadily going up bit by bit since I started keto.  The article below talks about various things that happen as you progress in Keto and one of the things is how your fat cells hold onto more water as a resistance to change.  So I’m wondering if what this article is talking about is happening to me.  The article also says that after 4 to 6 months your fat cells will stop keeping so much water.  That would be great, but I’m not so sure about all this.

Maybe I can ignore weight for a while and just look at the relative loss in Fat, and gains in Muscle, Bone etc?
