Don’t know anything about Carb Cycling, but I was also stalled for quite a while. Joined the 21 Day Keto Challenge on killinitketo.com this past Monday and by tracking all my macros and following the very helpful information from Rachel (a nutritionist) I am losing again, 3 lbs so far in 3 days.

I did hit a plateau for a week and wasn't too patient to wait, so after reading whole bunch of articles, forums and watching videos decided on Fat Fasting for 3 days - 80-90% fat with 1000-1200 calories..... many reported great results. I did it and in 3 days lost 3lb after a week of nothing on the scale. It was NOT easy. But worked.
