Hey all! Hope everyone is having a wonderful day. 😀I've decided to give Carb Manager a try after struggling with MFP for the past year. I love that this app has a built in Keto community. I've found a lot of opposition to this WOE so it is nice to be around so many like minded individuals. I have been practicing this WOE for almost a year off and on now. I can tell you with out a shadow of a doubt that I personally function so much better with this life style.
