Hi everyone! I started Keto Jan. 1. Been struggling a little with what to eat, but I think I’m getting the hang of things. So far lost 8lbs 😀
We have the same start date. I've lost 11 lbs.
Keep it up. I started same day, lost 9 lbs, now have gained 1 back which I understand is fairly normal. They say to stay away from the scales and use measurements at first. Guess I'll try that.
