Ditto my congratulations & welcome. We are each so different that itโs hard to say what will change most ๐.
this is my second attempt at Keto (both successful but unrelated health issues sent me way off track for 6 months!) in 8 wks I have lost 22lbs (16lbs to goal) but best of all my skin is much better (no sugar) I feel really well now, my bloods are fab, blood pressure great & feeling well. Lots for you to learn and a short time with lots going on for you so donโt be too busy to ensure you get the electrolytes and rest you need especially in the first few weeks.
