Fasting hours are the hours from 12:00am midnight until you start eating for the day, plus the hours after you finish eating until 11:59pm. For example, if your eating window is 8 hours, then your fasting hours will be 16 hours. (Use the dropdown menu above to view your eating windows.)
Hint: to log a food without it breaking your fast, tap the "set time" button in a food view, then select the Clear button to remove the time.

Hi, I couldn't figure it out at first either, then realized that when I entered the meals I ate wasn't same time I might have eaten. It was showing I wasn't fasting which I was from at least 7 pm to 11 am. To remedy this when you enter your meals, click on say breakfast and see the 3 dots on right side. open those and they is a button to set your meal time. This will then automatically enter your times for fasting as corresponding to when you ate last. Hope this helps.
