Planning my meals

I thought I was on top of my macros but low and behold I was wrong. Today I was short 31.6 grams of fat.  There was no way to get my fat up without increasing my protein.                             Friday was spot on so I copied that meal for Sunday.     I am to determined to lose the weight and continue feeling as good as I have the last few days.

Thanks to everyone that posts on the forum and the group chats.

I make a homemade salad dressing with equal parts Mayo, ACV, MCT oil, and seasonings.  Actually, I use double the acv, but I like a very tart dressing.  . It's zero carbs and protein, and plenty of fat. I keep baby spinach in the house at all times, and when I need a boost to my fat that doesn't come from a fat bomb, I will make myself a spinach salad with lots of dressing. If I've got the carbs to spare I'll throw some avocado on there which will also boost the fat.

  • Are you brand loyal for MCT oil? There are about a million for sale on Amazon :)?              I was having a blast getting my numbers together today for lunch so much so I forgot the zucchini.    4 oz of cheesecake is in my sight today :).

Not at all.  I've only bought it twice.  The first time I got a 16oz bottle for $24 at Sprouts, after doing a lot of label reading and talking to the vitamins employee.  Just as I was getting low, Costco started stocking two very comparable brands.  Both were the same price, two 16oz bottles for $22.  In doing a side-by-side comparison they appear to be identical in every respect, except one of them promises to give a dollar to green initiatives. So that's the one I bought.
