Help a newbie out!
Hello everyone, I am new to keto and just hopping off weight watchers where I measured and weighed EVERYTHING..
With that being said - do you measure or weigh your food/condiments on keto? Or focus more on net carbs a day?
I did keto before and found it very hard to hit all of my macros without feeling like I was force feeding myself. Right now the app says 1600 calories a day and to me that is daunting! Any advice on how to hit but not feel sick/overstuffed?
How long did it take you to see results, and what do you do when it seems you hit a plateau?

Calories and fat are more of a limit but if your not Hungry don't eat. Just getting started just focus on staying under carbs. I saw big losses right away but everyone is different. After a month I saw a plateau and introduced intermittent fasting it broke me from my slumps. Good luck drink plenty of water

I just try to stay within my carb goals. Some days that means I'm over on calories (more fat those days) and some days under calories. When I was doing keto, I steadily lost weight that way. I'm currently going back to LCHF because I fell off the wagon when I couldn't keep up high intensity workouts (long course triathlon training) on strict keto.
