Newbie with lots to lose!
Here we go - Day 1. Meals are planned. I somehow missed the fact that a "Skinny Vanilla Latte" would have so many carbs in it even with sugar free syrup. That said, I'm going to enjoy it and order something different tomorrow. What are your favourite Starbucks orders?
Me - Female, almost 40 (EEK!), Starting Weight of 258lbs, Goal Weight of 160lbs. My first mini goal is 10 pounds by my 40th birthday in just over 5 weeks. Let's do this!
