Let's be real-- one of the first things I learned on my keto journey?: Never trust a keto fart. lmao-- but no kidding! I realized one of the difficult things with early keto is learning which LCHF foods have a lot of fiber. Eating nuts (walnuts are the lowest carb option I believe), avocado, broccoli, and my Amazing Grass supergreens powder (for the low at Walmart) has resolved my issue with the 'opposite of constipation.' You may need more fiber friend! Like our friend above, I take a daily probiotic. I use Culturelle and the best deal for that is on Amazon-- it's either 60 or 80 capsules. Helps my mood and immune system! Blessings on your journey :D

If you're taking MCT oil, stop for a week to see if your system returns to normal. Apparently, "MCT oil powder" is easier on your stomach than the oil variety.
Magnesium supplements can also cause diarrhea.

I had this start about a month into keto and it was dreadful and several times per day! I felt fine otherwise though. I really don't know what caused it, or what helped, but I did the following:
- stopped sweenters for a while (excess consumption can cause diarrhoea)
- cut out coconut oil
- ate unpasteurised sauerkraut which had good bacteria- its in the fridge section. If its not in the fridge section, its been pasturised and the bacteria isn't alive anymore.
- try kefir, which also has an array of good gut bacteria. Depending where you live, I found 2 types. 1 was smooth like a liquid yoghurt and quite nice. The other I believe is more traditional, and was like frizzy, off milk- I personally found this one vile!
