Question about working out and entering exercise...

Hi!

I love this app! I just recently started entering my workouts and when doing so all my macros go to zero or negative. How am I supposed to enter exercise? At the end of the day when I'm done with everything or am I doing something wrong? I'm stuffed and can't eat anymore!

    Hi!

    I have my settings set so it does not subtract my workout calories. So now, on a desktop, I go to EXERCISE TAB then top right hand corner, I click on QUICK ENTRY. It brings up a pop up window where I enter my lifting and calories expended and voila!

    A benefit of Keto is less hunger pangs (if that is the Way of Eating you are on) so do not fret so much if you are not that hungry. Eat when you are hungry though and not starve yourself. If Keto, fat macros are just for satiety...you do not have to hit this goal. But go moderate on Protein (especially if you do are concerned of losing muscle mass and besides, those are building blocks anyway), and stay below whatever Net Carbs you have set to.
