10 Days and 11Lbs
10 days on a keto diet and i am down 11lbs even with one evening where I had a couple of drinks. Biggest thing don't get dis-heartened and carry on plugging away.
Last year I gave up smoking, it took 9 months of slowly lowering nicotine content but now i am off nicotine for 3 months. By targeting one goal at a time i am becoming very successful at achieving them. I also dropped 10lbs by just being conscious of what I eat.
This year my goal is getting down from 265lbs to 220lbs which was my weight when i left School. Given i am now 47 I have been carrying around this extra weight for too long and my long term health now and in my later years depend on it.
