New to Keto

Day #1 and I’m not feeling hungry after having breakfast and Lunch. It’s 6:30 EST and I am suppose to have supper; however I had a late lunch as it’s the weekend. What do I do? Should I attempt to meet my calorie goal as well as my macros?

  • It's said that to be healthy, we should have at least a 1000/day calorie intake. Look at your macros and let them be your guide. If you are a little under on the calories, I wouldn't worry about it. But usually everything should work out to be pretty much, if not exactly, equal.
