We started a few days ago and I’m wondering the same thing. Protein is constantly over 130g which doesn’t seem accurate. Is there any known issue with the app over counting protein or did I input something wrong? The other values seem in check?
My protein values are accurate over the past 6 weeks. You may need to share a few days of what foods and what quantities are in your log. Otherwise, we're just guessing at how to assist you.
Seems high. Mine is 94 and aim 5’6’ 188 right now. I’m lightly active and aiming for 1.5 lbs loss per weeks (although I’ve been closer to 2-3) my caloric goal is 1400 and an end up around 1250-1350
Reenter your starting weight andwt loss goals. Make sure u adjust bar to 5% carbs 25%protein 75% fats. Then check your wheel and macros. Enter your foodb4 u eat it. That will prevent u going over.
