Calorie change

Since starting keto I have also started exercising. When I started and filled out my macros I filled out sedentary now wondering if I should change it.  The reason I ask is because I have lost 2 pounds in two weeks. I have yet to adjust the calories up because when I add the exercise the calories jump 4-500 calories.  Should I adjust my intake higher or stay at the sedentary calorie level?

    It depends on how much you're working out. If 30 min. a day, leave it at sedentary.

     

    I think it's OK to add more calories when you work out because your NEED for calories is higher when you exercise.
