Fats too low
I’m having a hard time getting my fats to the 75% on macronutrients wheel. I always seem to be 40-50% or so. Question - how can I get more fats to get my number closer to the 75%. And two if I am not getting high fat numbers does that slow my ketosis and not able to loose weight? Thanks for any help

I’m having the same problem. I’ve read a lot of folks mentioning coconut oil and mct oil. Avocados are also good. I’ve started putting butter on all my veggies, and whipping cream (no sugar, natural) in my coffee. Cream cheese is good too. The nice thing with this app is that you can plot and plan to see what will push up the fats, before even eating anything. As for the second bit—I’m not sure yet how that works... 🙂

Pro-tip: add fat to EVERY meal / snack and you'll be more likely to hit your target. I sometimes just eat a chunk of cacao butter as a snack (solid at room temperature). The quality of fats matter, too. I would choose avocado or olive oil before corn or canola oil. Don't be shy about using butter either! Eating fat on this diet won't make you fat!
